Tour Guidelines
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed) • If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you. • For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for maximum of 10 minutes. • There will be no refund for partly utilized services. • No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during the activity. • Due to parking restrictions guests are requested to arrive before time to avoid delays. • The driver will wait for maximum 10 minutes. • Amendment of any services can be made 05 days prior to arrival. • Pickup and drop-off services for all attractions are available within Dubai only for any Activity
