Sharing Timing: Pickup Time: 1100hrs & Drop-off Time:1830hrs on Tue & Fri. Private Timing: Pickup Time: 1130hrs & Drop-off Time:1830hrs all the days of the week. Cancellation Policy • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable. Child Policy • Children below 3 years of age are free of charge • 3 years and above charged as adult • Please carry a valid ID, such as a passport, to verify the age of your child for entry.

Tour Guidelines
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed) • If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you. • For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for maximum of 10 minutes. • There will be no refund for partly utilized services. • No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during the activity. • Due to parking restrictions guests are requested to arrive before time to avoid delays. • The driver will wait for maximum 10 minutes. • Amendment of any services can be made 05 days prior to arrival. • Pickup and drop-off services for all attractions are available within Dubai only for any Activity
